A little bit about me

For the past three to four years, I have been a paraprofessional, caregiver, and RBT working with children that have autism. It can be rough but it is such a rewarding job and I look forwards to it everyday! Since each child on the spectrum is a unique individual with distinct needs, challenges, and abilities, it calls for a great deal of patience, emotional fortitude, and flexibility, which I am glad to provide for any child in my care. I genuinely enjoy my work, and I intend to further my education and experience in the future.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked in the caregiving field since 2022. I have worked with children as young as 4 and as old as 18. My infant care experience does come from family and close friends. I have taken the time to do extra research when helping with my infant family members to make sure I can assist in whatever was needed at the time!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I can be a homebody or I can be the one that could live outside! I have been able to come up and make many different activities indoors and outdoors and am very confident that no matter where your child prefers to be I can go along with it!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The safety of your child will be my top priority along with making sure they are enjoying their time! There are many moments in caring for others that are important but safety is number one in my book.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment would be when I was baby sitting for my cousin and I taught her 7 year old how to paint using different stuff we found outside! It was so fun and she loved that she got to use, “Berry paint!”
