A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Taya (Tay-uh) and I have been working as a swim instructor and lifeguard for about a year and a half. I have worked with age groups of 1 1/2 y/o-12 y/o. I usually work pretty well with kids aged 2-8 as I can easily get them to warm up to me pretty fast. Some of my strong suits are my communication, my certifications, and my sense of understanding. Some of my weaknesses are my forgetfulness, procrastination, and my avoidance of conflict but i can’t tell assure you that these weaknesses won’t majorly affect my work ethic. I am currently in Highschool and plan to go to school to become an elementary teacher after I graduate so not only would this give me great experience with children, it will help me understand them as people better.
