I used to be a Jr. Dance Instructor before I suffered a foot injury. I taught two dance classes a week for ages 3-7. Each class had about 10-15 kids. My job entailed coming up with lesson plans to engage the kids' minds and bodies. My favorite part was watching each student grow confident with themselves and learn to love their bodies.

Some things I like to do with kids includes arts and craft, reading, dress up, building sand castles, bike riding, playground visits, baking, and dancing. I am open to activities that your kiddos like!

The most important part is connecting with every child as an individual. Finding what works for an average kid isn't enough effort. To be a good nanny, you should know the children well and find what works for them as their own person.
