My name is Taylor Dean. Being that I am the oldest of four, looking after children has been apart of my life for many years! I have taught dance classes on and off for many years working with ages 3 years old and up. I have two nephews that I adore and spend time with during every visit to my home town. In family functions I tend to spend my time entertaining the kids so that the other adults can spend some time together with less distraction. My God Daughter, Camden, is the cutest little light and loves to play play play! Her plethora of toys leaves us with endless entertaining opportunities.

I like to get an idea of what each child is individually interested in and base our activities off of those things! I am an advocate for anything that gets us up and moving whether it's a playdate at the park or freeze dance at home!

My experience with special needs children...

Although I have not personally individually cared for children with special needs, I have always had a huge place carved out in my heart for them ! As a middle school and High schooler I volunteered in the special needs class room and was always including them in my own personal social circle.

The most important part about being a nanny...

It's hard to pick a single favorite moment. I feel as though the most rewarding moments are when children are genuinely happy to see you or spend time with you. It lets you know that whatever you are bringing to the table is something that is encouraging value to their day to day.
