The most important part about being a nanny to me is being able to build a close loving relationship with the child, while they trust in me and feel safe with me. Yes, I have experience with special needs children. I have experience with children whom have had autism and down syndrome. In my experiences, children with special needs acquire extra attention. I loved being able to work with each unique individual to educate and help them through their daily obstacles. I am a very calm person and have a lot of patience when it comes to children.
