A mix of indoor and outdoor activists is super important. Depending on the child and what they like to do I always try to incorporate learning, physical activity and pure fun into my time with children. Whether it’s arts and crafts, playing basketball, Barbie’s, toy cars, building forts, and a number of other activities. Creativity and fun is key!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I babysat this 2 year old boy for about 3 years on and off he was an only child I was his only other caretaker besides his mother. My favorite memories have been how excited he gets when he finds out we’re spending the day together. I love to see how much he’s grown over the years. He loved planets and loved to learn about them and we did this activity where we would learn about each planet then I would cut out the shapes of the planet and help him decorate them all and he was so excited to put the artwork up in his room and the best part was when his mom came home the first thing he did was show her his artwork and how proud he was of it.
