A little bit about me

Hello 👋🏼 My name is Taylor, I’m 36, I have worked at early learning schools (private schools*) and a daycare. I have experience with all ages but was teaching 2-3yr/o’s.
I have my CNA and GNA (certified nursing assistant and geriatric nursing assistant certification) I have also worked in daycares, and nursing homes so I have worked with every age and all have different needs.
I also have my niece around who I’ve helped raise and she is 5 now(almost 6 💜).
I love watching kids grow and teaching them and just enjoying the process because I personally do not have any children and I treat them as if they were my own family. I’ve always had a part of me that loves and has a need & passion to help people that is why I pursued nursing in college and then got into teaching and loved it.😊 can’t wait to get to know you and you’re family!

My experience with special needs children...

Teaching gave me my experience with children thst may need extra help. We would do therapy sessions for speech and other things that the therapist thst would visit the class room would watch us or give us advice which was always helpful. I also had a non verbal kid so I had learned some sign language and also got him to start speaking some of with practice he was saying some words, and talking by the end of the year :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had a little girl everyday in my class would take her hair out no matter how pretty or how it was styled and would want me to give her a “miss Taylor princess braid” she called it (lol 😂💞) everyday!! So i would French braid her hair, EVERY SINGLE DAY 💜😆 it was hilarious and so cute 🥰 (mommy liked it too)
