The most important part about being a nanny...
I always say communication is first, then immediately after comes the safety of the child. Then the child’s routine, and emotional care being patient, calm, and supportive even during big emotions or behavior challenges and knowing the child’s routine will help with that. And lastly engagement once everything else is aligned it will be easier to get to know better and what they like and dislike.
