Hey! I’m Taylor. I’m 20 years old and have spent the last few years really leaning into my love for caregiving. My background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) has given me a lot of great tools for behavioral support, but my time working with the elderly is what truly taught me the heart of the job: patience and genuine companionship.

When I’m not working, I’m usually busy sewing, baking, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I’m a firm believer that the best days involve a little bit of creativity whether we’re working on a fun craft project together or 'helping' me whip up a batch of cookies. I love staying active and creative when I’m babysitting! Whether we’re becoming 'Kitchen Chemists' by baking custom cookies and making homemade 'bag ice cream,' or starting a DIY sewing project like monster sock puppets, I’m always looking for ways to keep kids engaged. I enjoy bringing a bit of 'shop' fun into the house too—we can take a big cardboard box and 'restore' it into a custom project car with paper-plate wheels. For downtime, I like to set up a 'Drive-In' movie experience with blankets and snacks to watch favorites like Toy Story or Spider-Verse. From living-room obstacle courses to glow-stick dance parties, my goal is to make sure the kids are having a blast in a safe, high-energy, and creative environment!

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, being a nanny is all about being a friendly face and a burst of energy for the kids. I believe that when a caregiver is genuinely excited to be there, it creates a safe, happy space where kids can really be themselves.

My experience with special needs children...

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by trade, so I’ve got the professional toolkit for behavioral support down pat! But my heart for this work really comes from home, where I hang out with my 5-year-old autistic nephew. Between my professional RBT work, my time with the elderly, and a year volunteering in a nursery, I’ve learned how to bring a lot of patience and fun to every unique personality I meet!
