I have had many babysitting and nannying positions throughout the years. I love kids! I also have a three year old sister so I have a lot of experience with super young kiddos. Additionally I worked in a childcare room at a gym in highschool.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing outdoor activities with kids whether it is going on a bike ride or just walking the dog. Additionally I tutored in high school and love helping kids with their homework. I also love a good movie night with the kids or just playing a board game inside.
My experience with special needs children...
In high school I was a part two programs, one where we cheered with kids with different disabilities and the other was a soccer program. I had one buddy with down syndrome’s for cheer for three years and I actually started babysitting her and got super close with her. Additionally I have a little sister with delays and autistic tendencies that we work with at home to try to understand how she learns!
