Hello! I have been in the childcare industry for 12 years now. I took about a one year break from nannying to work in the toddler room of a Montessori school. I think children operate best on a decent schedule so I try to implement that at work, although I am very easy-going and adaptable. I am patient and loving, yet I feel it is very important to instill respect and responsibility in today’s children. I currently work 10-12 hour days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
