A little bit about me

Hello, I am currently a Junior in college. I am looking for a full-time/part-time nanny job. I currently play division 2 softball at Minot State University ND, but I am hoping for a summer nanny gig! I love working with kids of all ages. In 2020, I found a job at the YMCA working as a camp counselor at a children’s day camp. Ever since then, I have found an even bigger passion for working with children. Later on, I was offered a promotion to be a “1-3rd grade lead staff”. Meaning I was in charge of roughly 316 children (depending on the week) and around 14 counselors. My job mainly entailed creating activities for camper schedules, making sure everyone was alright, and dealing with any behavioral issues some children might have been experiencing at camp. I have also nannied on and off for family friends for around a year and a half. Some fun things about me are that I love baking and doing activities with the kids in order to show my more fun side!

They even ended up showing their parents because they were very proud of what they made. We had a great time making the soaps, and it proved to be a stimulating activity!
