I was a home based case worker, in this role I worked with school aged children on a daily basis and taught them life skills, play therapy, and anger management. I also taught parents effective discipline techniques and basic parenting skills. I raised my niece and nephew from birth and love educating and cultivating babies and children.

I love engaging in arts and crafts, music and instruments, reading, imagination play, I also engage children in cooking to encourage healthy eating habits. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as sports, nature walks, and swimming. In my position as a case worker I tutored in English and reading.

What matters to me the most about being a nanny is being nurturing, patient, and intuitive. When someone new comes into your home to nanny it is important that the children feel a sense of safety and security with their nanny but also know that they are loved and cared for by their nanny as well.

I have experience with children with special needs such as Autism, ODD, and ADHD.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was during our bedtime routine we would read stories and act out the stories that were being told. This was so much fun because it allowed the children to use their imagination and be creative.
