Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy creating engaging activities that help children learn, grow, and build confidence while having fun. I love planning age-appropriate experiences that encourage creativity, problem-solving, social development, and physical activity. Whether it's arts and crafts, educational games, outdoor adventures, sports, reading activities, or sensory play, I enjoy tailoring activities to each child's interests and developmental needs. Seeing children discover new skills, reach milestones, and get excited about learning is one of the most rewarding parts of working in childcare.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of the most rewarding parts of being a nanny is walking through the door and being greeted by the children's huge smiles and excitement. There is something special about knowing they feel safe, comfortable, and happy to see me. Building those strong relationships and becoming a trusted part of a child's life is what makes this work so meaningful. Watching children grow, learn new skills, and gain confidence over time is incredibly fulfilling, and their excitement and joy remind me every day why I love working with children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite experiences as a nanny was traveling throughout Europe with one of the families I worked for. It was incredibly rewarding to help make the trip enjoyable for both the parents and the children. I loved knowing the parents were able to enjoy some much-needed time together while I spent quality time with the children exploring new places, swimming, visiting playgrounds, and experiencing different cultures. Watching the children learn, grow, and create lasting memories through those experiences was truly special and reminded me why I love working with families.
