Hello,

My name is Tegan! My previous experience includes working in childcare and teaching.Most recently I worked as a nanny for four years to an amazing family. Prior to that I was a preschool teacher. My duties included, but were not limited to; caring for up to 12 children at one time, creating and conducting lesson plans based on a set curriculum, and undergoing evaluations of myself and children to ensure they were on track to succeed in kindergarten.

Before teaching, I worked as a nanny for several different families. One of which included a foster home where my duties included not only caring for children, but also meeting with social workers and physical therapists to ensure children were in good health and getting the proper care that they required.

In addition to this experience I gained a profound sense of compassion. I find working with children to be the most rewarding experience of all!
