My experience with special needs children...

During my internship in Italy I was mainly assigned to a toddler classroom (2-3 year old). In my classroom I had 2 children who had special needs. One child had a speech and fine motor difficulty I was able to help him along with his therapists to develop his skills. Another child I had had undiagnosed autism (couldn't be formally diagnosed due to age), I was able to work a bit closer with him on his speech and listening skills. For example, being able to follow one step directions or build healthy habits.
