More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Along with my professional childcare experience, I was a young mother, raising two daughters and have cared for nieces, nephews and grandchildren. I have years of experience with families here in the valley, and in California. I have experience with newborns through teenagers and understand how children’s needs change at every stage. I can help with meals, routines, school transportation, homework, homeschooling support, children’s laundry, light housekeeping, errands, personal shopper, groceries, and pet care. I am attentive, organized and comfortable becoming a dependable extra set of hands for a busy family. I am also a licensed massage therapist, and a professional makeup artist.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
love making childhood fun, creative and meaningful. Depending on each child’s age and interests, I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, music, dancing, imaginative play, puppet shows, cooking, baking, nature walks, museums, the zoo, swimming and outdoor adventures. I also enjoy helping with homework and practical life skills. I believe children learn best when they feel encouraged, involved and free to explore while still having consistent routines and boundaries

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is earning a family’s trust while making each child feel safe, loved and understood. I believe in being dependable, patient and fully present, while following the parents’ wishes and maintaining consistent boundaries. My goal is to provide the kind of care that gives parents peace of mind and helps children feel confident, trustworthy, secure and happy
I offer dependable care, maturity, flexibility, strong communication, unconditional love... I take pride in making parents’ lives easier while creating a safe, happy and well-run environment for their children💞🙏👯♂️💫.

My experience with special needs children...
I mentored a boy with autism for approximately five years and have personal experience supporting my own child for many years with learning and behavioral challenges, so I can speak from personal experience! 🙏🤷 We had many obstacles to work through at every stage of her development, thankfully prayer and faith and perseverance got us through. These experiences taught me patience, consistency, observation and the importance of meeting each child where they are. I focus on strengths, communicate closely with parents and willingly follow established routines or guidance from teachers and therapists. I believe every child deserves to feel respected, capable and supported💞
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are the ones when a child suddenly realizes, “I did it!” Whether it is learning a new skill, overcoming a fear or simply feeling proud of themselves, seeing that confidence grow is incredibly rewarding. I love knowing that my patience, encouragement and steady support helped them feel safe enough to try. Those small moments of trust and connection are what make being a nanny so meaningful to me.

I have been with my current family for a little over a year and my responsibilities include(d) making bottles, changing diapers, house chores (dishes, mopping sweeping, organizing), running errands, grocery shopping. My favorite things to do with my kiddo are going to the park and arts and crafts! Before nannying I was working for daycares and preschools. I worked in daycares for almost 2 years.
