Hi, my name is Tharien Guzman and I’m a senior at Brandeis University, double majoring in Microbiology and Health Sciences. I’m the oldest of four siblings and spent much of high school and college helping at my aunt’s daycare center until she retired. That experience inspired my passion for working with children and led me to pursue a career in medicine. I’m currently preparing to enter medical school with the goal of becoming a pediatric physician. I’m open to earning any certifications needed along the way, and in my free time, I enjoy art as a creative outlet.
