sensitivity and flexibility. being sensitive to different child’s needs and weather they are fussy or being sweet, you have to adjust yourself and think about the image you are creating for that child. flexility to adjust to every situation, because nothing is a zero percent chance of happening. being prepared and always ready to love and accept for whatever comes.

i am myself special needs. i have autism along with other mental health conditions and have a high understanding and sensitivity to moments where we need assistance

i remember when my sister was a baby, my mother left us alone to run to the store. she fell asleep on me and had her hand laying next to my face, and that moment always stuck with me. it made me feel like i was changing someone’s life and making someone safe and important.
