A little bit about me

I've been working with children since I was 13 years old. I started with babysitting, became an afternoon assistant in a preschool in high school, and worked in their summer camp during college. I attended East Carolina University, and obtained a degree in Child Life/Child Development. I did my internship as a Child Life Specialist at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh (helping children birth - 18). I have the credentials to be a lead teacher for ages birth - kindergarten. I was a nanny for my last family, for seven years. Their boys no longer needed me, so I'm looking for a new family to share my skills with, as well as my love. Children are my life, and their safety and education are important to me.
