Most important is to teach the children safety and absolutely how to have fun I feel like a lot of kids these days are stuck on phones and tv I feel they need to get out and play to see what how beautiful nature is and that you can have way more fun off the tv and phones
My experience with special needs children...
I used to watch a baby with special needs he couldn’t walk or talk but he still had a great time playing and I would run around with him chasing other kids he loved it. I also have watched other children as well I know you have to take your time and understand the children and what they like to do and can do.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Favorite nanny moment is when I was watching a little boy and girl and we was outside running around trying to catch butterflies they wanted to show their mommy when she got home. I really have a bunch but this was one that came right to mind
