The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment while working as a daycare worker was seeing a child I had been supporting finally accomplish something they had struggled with. Watching their confidence grow and seeing how proud they were of themselves reminded me why I enjoy working with children. Those small breakthroughs may seem simple to others, but to the child and to me, they are incredibly rewarding.
