Keeping children safe, connecting with the child/ren so they feel secure and cared about, and reinforcing their family values are at the top of my list.

I had a daughter with ADHD, and that is the extent of my experience. I can say that diet and routine really helped in our home.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Where to begin...I super-love the charming things that littles say when they begin to talk and explain things. I have been able to capture lots of these precious moments in either written or video for parents. One thing that I do is "a pinch and a punch, first day of the month - no backs!!". Kids leave messages for me on the first day of the month!! Soo000oo sweet!
