I baby sat back home all the time my neighbors kids, my family friend's kids and cousins, over all I basically raised my two little siblings because my parents were always working.

I don’t think that kids should be allowed technology. I wish every kid had the magical childhood that I had. Kids need to be outside and play in nature and with thier toys. They also need attention so as a nanny I would do arts and crafts and have dance parties with them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Just connecting with little humans is something so precious and special. Little humans are sweet and kind and so funny. Every child that I have taken care of I protect with my life, make sure they are fed and hydrated. Over all I always make sure to build strong respectful kind friendships with kids so that they can feel safe and comfortable and have a good day. Little humans just like adults get stressed out and have bad days therefore I believe that having a nanny who listens to them and shows them love is very important.

Special needs kids need to be heard and treated with patience and respect. I don’t have much experience but I know a few things about how to handle situations.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My top favorite nanny moments is when I make little humans sit down on the couch with popcorn or candy and watch classic amazing disney movies that they have never seen before and they absolutely love them. While watching the movie I glance at them and notice their little adorable smiles. That melts my heart every single time.
