I worked in a Montessori preschool for 3 years, before spending a year working with developmentally disabled youth in a group home environment. More recently, my time has been spent in a Montessori elementary school, guiding and documenting play, language development, physical and developmental milestones, and having fun.

In a perfect world, small hikes and nature walks are a daily routine. The earth is a wonderful teacher. On more temperate days, I love to introduce children to the world of creation. Whether that be clay sculpting, painting, making fairy houses, or running around outside like little tornadoes, the day will be filled with activity and joy sure to knock the kiddos out come bedtime. Movement is regulation, and I enjoy teaching that early.
