Safety is always the first priority and of the upmost importance. Second to that, I want kids to have fun! If being in my care is not an experience that is both efficient for family’s and enjoyed by kids, I believe I am not doing my job fully.

I have never worked independently with a special needs child, however in my time as a cadet within Saline Area Schools, I worked alongside both teachers and support staff to meet the needs of special needs students, and built impactful relationships with them!
