Hi I am Tonya and I have 7+ years of experience. This experience is not all with nannying/babysitting as I used to run activity camps with about 20+ kids ranging from the ages 3-12. I currently am working as an RBT(registered behavior technician) for children on the spectrum creating safe spaces for them to acquire adaptive skills in a clinical setting. From all of these combined experiences I have not only found a liking to childcare but it is something comes natural to me with the energy I hold when it comes to kids. I am looking for a family who is in need of a more long time nanny so I am able to create a safe fun environment for your kids.

The most important part about being a nanny is giving kiddos the extra tools as well as comfort/security they need to grow into amazing beings later in life. Not only providing that for the kiddos but also giving parent that comfortability with their childcare provider.
My experience with special needs children...
In the past I worked with children with autism as a registered behavior technician (RBT). As of now I still have my certification which expires in November of this year, but still carry the tools needed if presented with the opportunity once again.
