The most important part about being a nanny is understanding that every child is different so some accommodations may need to be made for some children and not others. Also, establishing a healthy relationship with them is important as well. If I am going to be watching children, I am going to have an impact on them. Acting properly and teaching them right from wrong is also important considering they will learn from me.
