A little bit about me

Hi my name is Tracey. I am a single Mom of an 18 year old son. I am now a retired hairstylist after having Covid last summer. I am now vaccinated and looking for something a little different. I love working with children. I have helped nanny my two young nephews when they were ages 2 and 4. I had them 3 days a week 7 hours a day. I also have worked for the YMCA preschool program working with ages 6 months to 5 years. I worked as an assistant teacher there. I assisted at my son's school in Victor throughout his early years and attended the childrens field trips and events as chaperones and guides as well as in the library to read for story hour.

I enjoy reading, going for walks, going outside and exploring, playing games like I spy and Simon says, singing and listening to music, coloring and playing with clay or playing, getting on the floor for playtime with an infant.

My experience with special needs children...

My son has severe social anxiety disorder and trichtomania. We had to work hard through school with these issues. My closest friends son has autism and I have known him since he was 7. He is now 21. I've learned so much from them.
