I think the importance is not only understanding the children but also understanding there thoughts and boundaries. I know all kids don't mean harm and only want to be understood and I am willing to help if that means they will understand there self to.

My Bouns siblings are special but I don't like the work ' special' I think they are unique and wonderful.
The most important part about being a nanny...
it was my first time babysitting and the kids were moving for safety reasons and the parents were willing to pay for me to move because the kids stated 'She will soon forget about us.' But i promise I have not.
