When I was at Durant high school I enrolled in a class (child development) where you learned about children’s : mental, physical, emotional and social development also in the class you learned effective parenting skills along with teaching the child - through the course I learned a lot about children and took care of them and grew with them through the year , that’s when I decided I wanted to become a teacher but unfortunately college right now isn’t on the “funds” list.

I honestly haven’t cared for any children with special needs but I did have a friend who was a few years younger then me in high school with a disability and she was the sweetest! I would always be willing to watch a child special needs or not
