I worked for a lifeguard and swim instructor for three years. I babysat for many years prior to having my own children. I have counseled at summer camps and served as a Residence Director at Trinity International University for three years (working with teenage girls). Babies and toddlers are my joy!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to be outdoors with kids, reading, crafting and experiential learning. While screens can be fun, keeping them to a minimum is best. Kids need active and imaginative play. It’s also good to learn quiet play and entertaining themselves, so I would look for ways to mix it up.

My goal is creating a safe and loving environment for the kids in my care. I also want to make life easier for mom and dad- raising kids and working is hard, so it would be my joy to help lighten the load!
