Troy is very kind, considerate and mindful of appropriate developmental milestones and expectations. She is a clear communicator with timely attendance. She covered a variety of hours for me and she was very flexible with shift hours, which I deeply appreciated.
Troy is also a great cleaner and cook. She always made sure the house was clean for me when I came home even if I had not requested this service.
My son did experience some separation anxiety, and Troy was very good about updating us both through out the duration of her shift."
