Is having some sort of bond with the kids, I feel like that’s a very important task honestly that a lot of people don’t pay attention too, I feel that way because being a child before myself I had a lot of babysitter and nannies that didn’t take on that role and it made me feel very unwanted, so I find it important to make any kid feel wanted younger or older.
