My work with children includes being a gymnastics coach for kids ages 2–17 for 4 years, which taught me how to work with a lot of different personalities and age groups while still creating a fun and safe environment for them! I also have paid experience taking care of toddlers and young children, along with years of experience helping care for my younger siblings growing up. Because of that, I’ve been around children anywhere from 1 month old to 17 years old and am very comfortable with routines, supervision, playtime, meals, and helping kids feel comfortable and cared for 🤍

Activities I enjoy doing with children include things like painting, drawing, karaoke, playing soccer, and even Just Dance nights! I also love helping kids make fun snacks, teaching them little gymnastics skills, and doing creative activities together. I always try to make children feel included and comfortable, whether that’s letting them pick the movie we watch, letting them do my makeup for fun, or simply finding activities they genuinely enjoy 🤍
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny to me is making a child feel heard, understood, and happy, especially during moments when they may not be feeling their best. I think children deserve patience, kindness, and a safe environment where they feel comfortable expressing themselves and being who they are. My goal is always to help them feel better in whatever way they need, whether that’s making their favorite snack, putting on their favorite movie, cheering them up, or simply giving them space if that’s what they need in the moment 🤍
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs children comes from my time as a gymnastics coach, where I worked with a few children with different special needs and personalities. Through that experience, I learned how important patience, understanding, and communication truly are. I genuinely enjoy taking the time to learn who each child is, what makes them happy, and the things they enjoy, because I believe that can make such a big difference in helping them feel comfortable, calm, and understood. Whether a child is overstimulated, upset, excited, or just having a difficult moment, I always try to approach them with kindness, patience, and care while creating a safe and positive environment for them! :)
