More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I've had a few years of experience caring for children of different ages, from toddlers to school-aged kids. I've helped with everything from preparing meals and organizing activities to helping with homework and managing bedtime routines. I’ve also dealt with situations where patience and quick thinking were really important—like calming a child during a tantrum or resolving little conflicts between siblings. I really enjoy creating a positive and safe space where kids can learn, grow, and feel supported."
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing creative and interactive activities with kids that keep them engaged and help them learn. Some of my favorites are arts and crafts, reading stories together, playing educational games, baking simple recipes, and outdoor play like going to the park or organizing little scavenger hunts. I also enjoy helping with schoolwork in fun ways that make learning feel exciting and not like a chore. It's all about keeping a good mix of fun, learning, and connection."
The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters to me about being a nanny is building a great loving bond with the children individually! Getting to know them and teaching them all the great tools of being smart, caring, respectful and outgoing as being so young and full of brightening energy!
My experience with special needs children...
"I’ve had experience working with children who have special needs, and it’s something I find deeply rewarding. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting to each child's unique needs—whether that’s supporting communication, managing sensory sensitivities, or following behavior plans.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Some of my favorite nanny moments are the little ones that show real connection—like when a child runs up to me with a big hug in the morning, or when they proudly show me something they’ve created or learned. I’ve loved watching kids grow over time and knowing I played a part in their development, whether it was helping them say their first words, teaching them how to tie their shoes, or supporting them through big emotions. One of my favorite memories was when a child I’d cared for for over a year surprised me with a handmade card saying I was their best friend. Moments like that remind me how meaningful this work really is."
