She watched our infant daughter (Eva) when she was 3-7 months old, and provided exceptional care for 40+ hours a week. She went above and beyond with interacting with Eva to help her develop mentally and physically by reading, playing, going on walks, and giving her loads of love. She encouraged Eva as she learned new things each week, always kept an open line of communication, and earnestly enjoyed spending time with our little one. Victoria takes initiative while on the clock, performing tasks around the house without having to be asked (ex. cleaning the coffee pot each day). It was the small things that made a huge difference.
