The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters most to me about being a nanny is to always be understanding. Many people often don't realize how smart kids really are, and when given the tools to succeed they often will. By understanding they might not have the same ability to rationalize things, self sooth, or understand natural consequences of their actions quite, yet it leaves the door open to explaining why the world works how it does.

I have experience with ADHD, Autism, behavioral issues, Tourette Syndrome, and children with PTSD.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The best moment for me is tied between my first ever toddler telling me she loved me, and when I was told by a parent that their child that has autism and is partially verbal said I was his favorite babysitter. Both moments hold a special place in my heart and will always be remembered.
