Hi everyone, my name is Victoria. I am 27 years old. I am planning on attending UH Manoa to pursue a degree in Environmental Design in the school of architecture. I grew up in Nevada & Texas, and I speak intermediate Korean and Spanish. (¡Hola! Encantada :) ). I enjoy helping, and caring for youth. I am an older sister (8 year age gap), a former healthcare worker, and I am CPR certified. I also took a few years of martial arts, swimming, and Flute. I also like to attend church on Sundays. You have to be patient with kids, understand their personalities as girls or boys, and you have to have a lot of energy. You have to show them boundaries by leading by example, and always being kind. They're so little, and the world can at times be too big.

I was working at a Taekwondo after-school program supervising about 20 children for a few hours, daily, during the week and I taught almost everyone from 3 to 10 years to knit, by accident. Also, Korean language. They had a lot of fun, and it was effortless. It was a great experience to teach by having fun and being paid to essentially be an older sister/auntie figure.
