The most important part about being a nanny, in my opinion would be building a bond with the family and most importantly the kids. I feel like being able to be someone’s full or part time nanny, you’d definitely have to be close with the kids and give them time to become comfortable around you, also for the family to feel comfortable enough with you watching their child
