Hello! My name is Victoria, and I am currently a Behavioral Intervention Technician working full-time at an elementary school, where I work closely with kindergarten-aged children. I have a passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel supported in a safe and positive environment.

Prior to working in the school setting, I was a full-time nanny and gained extensive hands-on experience caring for children of various ages. My background has helped me develop strong skills in child development, behavior support, communication, patience, and creating engaging activities for kids.

I am CPR certified and committed to providing attentive, reliable, and compassionate care. At this time, I am primarily seeking part-time nanny opportunities, preferably on weekends. However, I am open to discussing weekday availability and finding a schedule that works well for both families and myself.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. Children thrive when they feel supported, understood, and cared for. As a nanny, it’s important to not only meet a child’s physical needs, but also help them grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally.

My experience with special needs children...

My full-time position is as a Behavioral Interventionist at an elementary school, where I work closely with students who have autism, ADHD, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and other disabilities. In my role, I provide one-on-one support to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. I assist with behavior management, communication skills, emotional regulation, social interactions, and daily classroom routines while creating a positive and supportive environment tailored to each child’s individual needs.In addition to my school experience, I previously worked as a full-time nanny and have cared for children with a variety of personalities, abilities, and developmental needs. Working with children has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, understanding, and building strong, trusting relationships.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I loved seeing the kids i cared for grow up, and how we can all be silly together. I loved that not only did i love them like my own family but i felt that the kids, and parents loved me like i was apart of there family as well.
