A little bit about me

My husband and I met at the University of South Carolina; we both played rugby there. I studied media arts in undergrad and went back for my Masters in Elementary Education. Growing up, I moved around a lot because my dad was in the Army. I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures and communities. One of my life goals is to visit the Czech Republic, because that is where my dads’ side of the family links back to.

I have been in the classroom for 7 years. I have taught everything from preschool to middles school. This year I am taking a break, so I can have a flexible schedule to help my grandparents out.
