"Vivian has been with our family for over five years, since spring 2021, and has provided warm, hands-on, and reliable full-time care for our two children from the newborn stage to their current ages of 2 and 5. Working with Vivian has been incredibly smooth. She is affectionate and dedicated with our kids, who love her, and has made sure that they are happy, well-adjusted, and well-cared for, with strong social skills. She also cooks meals, manages school pickup and after-school snacks for our older child, and keeps a clean work space for the kids to play in. She was great in the baby stage, taking over at 3 months and guiding the kids through weaning and basic skills, and she’s also great with older children, taking them to the park, library, and around the neighborhood for active experiences.
