Is creating a sense of safety and of course fun for the kids. I also feel accomplished when the parents are able to relieve some stress and get things done.

My favorite nanny moment was baking with one of the kids. We forgot a step in our cookie recipe and my nanny kid sensed my frustration. He reminded me that it’s ok to make mistakes and it was such a sweet reminder.
