Hi! I'm transitioning from a stay-at-home father (yes, father!) to a new phase in my life, and it occurred to me that being a nanny would be a perfect fit for me. My adolescent is in high school now. I have a degree in education and a master's too. People comment on how very nurturing I am. I'm a good cook as well. Mothers from the play group when my daughter was young (and in which I was the only dad) entrusted me with their own kids, and I never let anyone down. With my child, I'd keep up a running conversation and read lots of books, which I believe led to her extraordinary vocabulary and reading level.
