I’ve taught yoga classes for children and teens. I’ve worked with at risk kids teaching breath and mindfulness techniques along with mindful movement. I speak some Spanish. I love cooking healthy foods. I’m a big believer in healthy nutrition as a strong foundation for healthy and happy kids. My bachelor degree was in Family Studies and Human Development. I love walking and exploring the outdoors… I believe connecting with nature has very beneficial qualities for young growing minds. I’m a trained meditation teacher and also trained in HeartMath which is an amazing grounding tool for all kinds of emotions. My childhood are in their mid twenties and doing well, I really miss being around young curious minds which is why I choose to pursue a nanny role. Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Exploring nature, walking, painting, singing, dancing, yoga and meditation. Reading all kinds of books and playing games. Learning to cook together is a very fun way to bond and teach healthy eating habits.

I’ve worked with trauma and grief populations. As well as many years teaching mindfulness with addiction and recovery therapist. I’m a trauma trained HeartMath practitioner.
