A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Wendy and I currently work as a state certified caregiver for children and adults with special needs. I work for a large company and though I have been here for 5+ years I'm looking for a change of pace. Lately I have been working with a lot of adults in group settings of up to 5 clients per 1 caregiver. I do prefer working in smaller ratios and with children, they're a heck of a lot more fun! I love their silly and fun loving nature. Before I fell into this company I worked as an instructional assistant at an elementary school and worked with children ranging from 2nd to 8th grade. I do also have a child of my own, she is 7 years old, so I have vast experience with babies as well. Im a happy, hard working,and honest person. I love my job but i want to work with children more than i do adults. I feel that I have a very well rounded background to be a nanny. And just hope I can find a family that can use my experience to meet the needs of there children. Thank you.
