I currently work at My Gym, a children’s fitness center and preschool, where I have been employed for almost two years. I work with children ranging from 8 months to 10 years old in both structured classes and preschool settings. I lead activities that focus on building motor skills, coordination, and confidence, while keeping the environment fun, safe, and engaging.
My responsibilities include organizing games, teaching new skills, keeping kids entertained, etc. I also help support early learning, structure routines, and encourage positive social interactions among children. I also help run special events like “Parents’ Night Out,” where I help supervise and care for large groups of children, sometimes over 20 at a time, while ensuring each child is safe, included, and attended to.
This job has helped me develop strong skills in multitasking, patience, communication, and staying calm under pressure, all while creating a positive and energetic environment for kids.
