My previous work experience with children stems from me being a youth group leader for kindergarten boys and assisting in the special needs classroom! I am a very patient and understanding caregiver/nanny when I comes to understanding the mind set of children who are mentally challenged. I make sure to be very patient and kind and understand their needs and wants.
