Are the children being cared for properly with a safe environment. I’ve seen my share for over 20 yrs working in property management and witness very poor conditions for children and had to call CPS for a well check on the kid’s and made sure I followed up after with CPS.
My experience with special needs children...
I have yet to have an experience with special needs but the most I’ve come across was a speech delay.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Teaching some Spanish to the kids and them saying it to the parents and seeing their parents reaction and sometimes they have no idea what they were saying. Lol
